As the Global Chief Financial Officer, Doug focuses on leveraging creative and analytical acumen to advance financial and organizational operations. He leads our organization through transformational change to support revenue growth, increase operational efficiency, and positively impact profits.
Doug has over 25 years of experience with a focus on accounting and reporting, auditing, corporate taxation, planning, and analysis. Most recently, he held an array of senior-level financial management positions leading financial reporting for investments and benefit plans, tax planning-compliance-tax accounting, payroll, payables, billing, customer service, treasury, capital request review-planning-management, and support for corporate strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
He has been responsible for saving more than $500 million in taxes through tax planning strategies, restructuring, and process changes. He saved a previous client over $45 million in federal taxes through research and planning. Doug also has entrepreneurial experience, growing a personal care start-up to $400,000 in annual sales through effective business planning, staff development, and leading-edge marketing.
