Karen leads the team tasked with balancing the needs of the business and the people who are a part of it. Her extensive experience leading all aspects of human resources helps Arete and its team deliver client service across widespread geographies, creating a human resources strategy that supports Arete’s international presence and growth.
Karen has over 20 years of human resources experience across multiple industries and within public and privately held organizations. She joined Arete from Idemia, where she led North American human resources, including human resources strategy, risk management, performance management, talent management and succession planning, HRIS, HR operations, talent acquisition, process improvement, and compensation/executive compensation.
