Mike has more than 25 years of technical and leadership experience in both the federal government and industry. He has led incident response and forensic investigations into some of the largest cyber breaches to impact the United States. Mike has extensive expertise with ISSO, CSO, and CISO cyber operations, specializing in incident response planning, vendor relationship and retainer program management, and cybersecurity road map management.
Prior to joining Arete, Mike served as chief cyber security architect with Intelligent Waves. Mike is a former US Army Special Forces soldier, serving as a US Army Special Forces medic and Special Forces engineer.
