Neal Lawson

Neal leads all of Arete’s global services and solutions practices, including DFIR, Managed Security Services, Data Breach Analysis, Managed Services, and Advisory Services. He is responsible for ensuring all service areas are delivering high-quality results to enable clients to return to and maintain normal operations in a challenging cybersecurity landscape. 

Prior to Arete, Neal led high-functioning teams in the technology, investigations, and forensics industries for numerous firms. Most recently, Neal was the co-founder and president of iDiscovery Solutions, a role he took after having run forensics and electronic discovery practices for LECG and FTI Consulting.

Neal is passionate about making a difference in the world and giving back to his community. This passion is realized in his role as the founder and CEO of the Jennifer Bush-Lawson Foundation serving economically vulnerable women and infants in need.
