She has extensive experience building scalable processes and strong teams and supporting high-growth organizations.
For over 20 years, Tiru has managed human resources for multinational companies across the technology, audit, financial advisory, and consulting industries, including Monster.com, Deloitte, FactSet, and NTT Data. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and has also spearheaded growth at two tech startups.
