Christine leads Arete’s Global DFIR Operations Service Practice. She focuses on driving strategy, direction, and day-to-day execution of breach response and data services to our insurance partners. She also leads the development of new approaches for managing insurance portfolio risk within the insurance carrier and brokerage communities that will equip carriers and brokers with better tools, data, and insights.
Christine has 17 years of insurance industry and legal experience. During her more than six years at Travelers, she helped build and lead the company’s cyber claim team, comprised of full-time cyber claim attorneys managing insured cyber events that involved data privacy and security, ransomware, business email compromise, social-engineering fraud, computer fraud, funds transfer fraud, business interruption, PCI, and regulatory and enforcement actions.
Christine advised insured organizations of all sizes and across all industry sectors on how best to investigate a cyber event while also working closely with C-suites, third-party forensic experts, breach coaches, and data restoration and notification vendors.
