As the CEO of Arete, Joe is dedicated to helping organizations transform the way they prepare for, respond to, and prevent cybercrime. He is a recognized industry leader in information risk management with more than 20 years of experience serving corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. He has held senior executive management roles at Thomson Reuters, Navigant Consulting, and Merrill Corporation.
Joe was inspired to co-found Arete after recognizing an opportunity to apply data, technology, and expert consulting to address risk issues at the intersection of cybersecurity, forensics, analytics, and machine learning. Since founding the company, Joe and his team have created a strong culture of excellence and continue to innovate on services and solutions to help those harmed by cybercrime.
